Vertical Grow Systems

One growing platform, five ways to put it on your property.

Every Greenfield Hydroponics installation — a full greenhouse, a portable containerized unit, a disaster-response deployment, or a gated-community amenity — runs on the same core vertical grow platform, monitored through our AgTech SmartAPP. Choose the format that fits your site.

Five Deployment Formats

Pick the format, we engineer the system around it.

Format 01

Greenhouse Systems

Polycarbonate greenhouses with up to 90% light transmission run on full sun by day and fluorescent lighting overnight, so photosynthesis never stops. Tray counts scale by crop — up to 600 trays for fodder or leafy "forest" crops, 500 for baby greens — with drip or sprinkler irrigation set automatically by a timer/sensor system.

Format 02

Disaster-Response Farms

Rapid-deployment units bring fresh food production to areas cut off from normal supply chains — after storms, floods or other disruptions where trucked-in produce is slow, spoiled, or unavailable.

Format 03

Gated Community Urban Farms

A shared amenity for residential developments: residents get walkable access to fresh, pesticide-free produce grown on-site, and the community gets a genuinely differentiated selling point.

Format 04

AgTech SmartAPP

The monitoring layer behind every format above: remote control of irrigation, lighting and climate, with alerts before a small problem becomes a crop-loss event.

Format 05

TKS Grow Towers

The 12.5' tower with 480 grow holes, integrated water pump and illumination system — the standalone tower unit behind several of the deployments above.

Why Growers Move Off Open Land

Built for regions where land, water or power is the constraint.

Global warming has left many regions dealing with water shortages, drought and unpredictable weather — while urban and industrial growth pushes housing onto the agricultural land near cities, pushing farming further out. Vertical hydroponic systems meet a region's demand for fresh vegetables and fodder while actually reducing the water and electricity load a conventional farm would need.
