Tray Capacity
Tray count and position vary by crop — up to 600 trays for fodder ("Hydro Fodder Farm") or leafy crops ("Hydro Forest Farm"), and 500 for baby greens ("Hydro Baby Greens").
Irrigation
Watering method is chosen per crop, with pump, environmental control and lighting run automatically on a timer/sensor switch for efficient, hands-off operation.
Off-Grid Ready
Water recycles on a 24-hour cycle inside the greenhouse. Electricity comes from solar photovoltaic modules, stored in a battery bank to keep the system running through non-sunny hours — with a 110/220V option available where a heating system is needed. A single access door keeps the controlled environment sealed against outside contamination.
